ABOUT

The Denckla family moved to Fairwood in 1969. Jeff attended local schools, graduated in Hotel Management from Washington State University, and founded Alliance Flooring Services in 1995. The Bratton family moved to Fairwood in 1980. Jim, who also attended local schools and Western University, worked with his father at JW Bratton Remodeling until the business closed in 2010. The Bratton's and Denckla's have been close friends since 1980, collaborating on over 500 renovations in King County.

In 2019, Jeff and Jim restarted their business as J & J Renovations, bringing over 30 years of experience each in construction and flooring. They offer comprehensive renovation services, handling all phases of home projects.

They have contacts for all phases of your project including: Architecture, design, electrical, plumbing, cabinets, appliances, painters, flooring/tile and counter tops, custom glass work, roofing, cement/flat work and landscaping.
