Within Fairwood Country Club Golf Course neighborhood, Fairwood Greens, our team did a full house renovation. This house was built in the 1960s with little to no updates ever since. We redid the master and upstairs bathroom, installed a laundry room, built in another room upstairs, and took down the wall between the dinning room and family room to make it more of an open concept. With the new open concept we were able to lay down hard wood and fresh new carpet in the entire house. Within the kitchen we redid everything; installed a pantry, created an island, installed new overhang lighting and appliances. New cabinets, sink, back splash, trim, and paint. Overall, this house turned into a 5 bedroom, 3 full bath house with 2024 finishes and a new open concept; from a closed off 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath house.
